Do's and don'ts for build muscular body.

Do's

1. Take a day off in a week. I think Sunday is the best day for a break. 

2. Try to use comfortable clothes while you doing exercise.

3. Warm up is very crucial for the whole body before you  start your work-out.

4. Make a perfect plan and get more and more knowledge regarding work-out which you will do.

Don'ts

1. From monday to Saturday  do not break your routine.

2. Try to avoid jeans and shirts during doing exercise.

3. Do not start exercising without wam up you body's muscles.

4. Don't forget to plan you further work-out.


Tip:- be careful not for only yourself others as well because we r human beings.
