First of all, I would like to recommend you morning is the best time for exercise so try to do workout in the morning. Thirdly if you have less time for your workout then you can easily do your simple workout in your home such as running, skipping, push ups, crunches and many other exercises which you can do in your home this is very effective way which helps you to follow your workout. Finally  you can do your exercises with your those friends who already done there basic exercises which you are doing now, you can ask him or her for help you in your workout.
